We purchased 26C in January 2007 as our own holiday home. It has undergone a complete transformation as you can see from the photos. We have young children of our own and we wanted to make it suitable for our holidays as a family. This villa, along with our other property, 17A, offers what we believe, and many of our guests as you will see from their comments, to be the highest standard of comfort and equipment on Casas del Sol.

The villa is located on the fourth row back behind the swimming pool. It is on the middle of a small block of 4 villas and is very private with very little passage in front of it and nice volcanic stone walls. 26C also benefits from limited sea views that look over the mature tropical gardens of Casas del Sol.This villa has become a firm favourite with our many returning guests, especially those with young children and couples who like their peace, quiet and privacy.

Villa 26C is entranced from the terrace through large sliding patio doors which lead into the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen.

Lounge: There are two comfortable settees with coffee table and reading lamp. It has a flat screen TV with English (showing news, movies, sport and children's channels) - there is also a DVD player. Other items include a large wooden sideboard containing a CD/Radio/Cassette player and a small selection of books and games. (A large selection of books is available at the reception for free use). The lounge also benefits from air conditioning and a large ceiling fan which will keep the inside cool during really hot days (or provide heating on the rare winter nights when temperatures can drop significantly).

The dining area has a good sized table and four chairs.

Kitchen: Marble worktops and stainless steel appliances including: electric oven, fan, halogen hob, fridge and microwave. The kitchen is well equipped with more than enough crockery, cutlery and utensils - there is a toaster and kettle.

Master bedroom: Two single beds which can be put together to make a king sized bed. The beds will already be made upon your arrival. We have put in individual reading lights and bedside lockers. The master bedroom has both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The window is equipped with insect blinds so that you can also leave the windows open at night. There is a built in wardrobe providing plenty of storage space as well as a safe to store you valuables.

Second bedroom:  There is a set of bunk beds, a small wardrobe and the windows also have insect blinds. We have a small box of toys for young children and you will also find a cot and high chair.

Bathroom: Equipped with a walk in shower which is practical for all especially the less mobile. The wooden vanity unit provides plenty of storage space and come equipped with bathroom scales and a hairdryer.

Outside our Casas del Sol villas 

The view from the terrace looks out through the palm trees to the harbour and across the sea to the nearby islands of Los Lobos and Fuerteventura.

The sun shines constantly on the terrace which is great for sun worshipers who can use the two reclining chairs though there is a large covered area and an extendable sun blind for those who like the shade.

Also on the terrace you will find a cupboard containing the washing machine and clothes dryer.

There is a built in BBQ and a table and chairs for outside dining.
