There is an abundance of restaurants within walking distance of the villa catering for every budget, taste and age. If you did not want to dine out or cook yourself then many offer take-away services and you will find several menus in your villa.

A nice place to eat is on the beach front promenade of Playa Blanca. Here you will find every sort of restaurant offering good food and very reasonable prices.The port, which is opposite Casas del Sol, has some excellent fish restaurants serving the catch of the day.

For something local try the fresh fish with Canary Island potatoes accompanied with mojo sauces or goats meat.

For more exclusive dining then try the Marina Rubicon, a 15 minute walk, which has a variety of high class restaurants.

For a unique experience try L’Era restaurant at nearby Yaiza which was designed by famous local architect Cesar Manrique and serves typical Canary Island food in a cave like setting. A visit to the fishing village of El Golfo at a lunchtime is also highly recommended.
